In Europe, paper is measured in GSM. This stands for ‘Grams per Square Meter’ and means exactly that ie how many grams a single sheet of paper weighs measuring 1m x 1m.
We offer paper weights of 90, 100 & 120gsm.
A low quality sheet used in photo copiers is often 80gsm. Company letter headed paper would commonly be printed on either 100gsm or 120gsm.

With First Class Royal Mail does not guarantee that the item will be delivered next day although your order would have a 93% chance of arriving next day.

Most of the time Royal Mail 1st Class is sufficient for next day delivery however if you need it guaranteed then we suggest you use Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm®.
Prices start at £6.45 for up to 100g (7 pages of 90gsm paper including the envelope).
Most online document forms have a default setting which works just fine and does not need adjusting.
We print using a margin of (19mm – 1.9 cm – 0.75in) which allows us to use the default setting provided by both Microsoft office and Google Documents (22.5mm – 2.25cm – 1in). This also allows us to hole punch documents without any further format adjustment being required.
If you do need to change your margins it is very easy. Simply follow these instructions:
Microsoft Word; Click ‘page layout’ then ‘margins’ then select desired size.
Google Docs; Click ‘File’ then ‘Page Setup’ then select desired size.
Our minimum margin width is 8mm. Just let us know in the Additional Information box.

We keep your files on the server for 7 days. This allows us to reprint your documents quickly should there be any problems. If you wish to place an order after 7 days simply upload the file to us again and complete a new order form.
Yes. We do not store your information on our website. Your data is uploaded directly to an independent secure server which has encrypted access. All information uploaded is also deleted after 7 days.
Yes. Our upload form can support very large files (far larger than you will ever need to send).
Yes. Simply click on ‘add another file’ on the upload form. We support multiple file uploading.
We use Stripe to process all our orders which guarantees your security.

There is no limit on the size of your order however we recommend if your order is over 350 pages you contact us with your request and we will try and provide the best deal we can.

No, sorry. We are a document printing service and while we can print photos they would not be on photographic paper so would not be typical photograph quality.

Yes. We only use high quality A4 paper. You can print something smaller and trim the item yourself but your order will be delivered as A4.
PDF is the preferred format and all uploaded documents will be converted into PDF for printing.
